Nottingham Forest South is a community of 582 homes in southern Johnson County, Kansas, located between 69 Hwy. and Switzer on 139th Street. Before signing up with eNeighbors, Nottingham Forest South relied on a paper newsletter that they've been sending for over 20 years. Over time, the newsletter became less useful as a way to communicate. It was difficult to find people to volunteer to write articles and the content was always outdated. It also became more expensive with the rising cost of postage.

Since launching eNeighbors, Nottingham Forest South has completely eliminated their paper newsletter. The money that they continue to save more than makes up for the cost of the eNeighbors service. But more importantly, Nottingham Forest South now has the ability to instantly communicate to their neighbors, keeping residents informed. But Nottingham Forest South also saw benefits that they didn't expect. They found that by improving communication, they were able to increase participation at their social events like the Easter Egg Hunt. In previous years, prior to establishing an online communication channel, the social committee typically expected 25 children to attend the Easter Egg Hunt.
