Mill Creek Farms is located in northern Olathe, Kansas, only 20 miles from downtown Kansas City, with quick and traffic-free access to KCI Airport (35 Minutes) via I-435). Near to the College Boulevard and K-10 Business corridors, Mill Creek Farms is a collection of 75 large lots ranging in size from 2.5 to over 5 acres.

From the east—Woodland Road is about 3.5 miles west of the I-435/I-35 interchange in Johnson County, Kansas. Drive west on K-10 to the Woodland Road exit, then drive south one block to 105th Street, the entrance to Mill Creek Farms.
