Tremont Manor is located in “The Northland” of Kansas City in Platte County. It is a quiet and charming community located adjacent to Highway 45 and just a minute or two from Interstate 29, providing easy access to and from the Kansas City International Airport and the many restaurants, entertainment and sports venues of Kansas City. The area surrounding Tremont Manor offers recreational activities and many amenities, such as the Platte County Southern Platte Pass, a two mile walking, running or biking trail. The trail begins in Parkville at Highway 9 and travels east along both sides of 45 Highway to Cosby Avenue. The trail continues east on the south side of 45 Highway to Chatham Avenue, connecting the neighborhood to the City of Parkville, the Platte County Community Center South and the Parkville Branch of the Mid-Continent Library.

Tremont Manor is near three grocery stores - Sprouts, Aldi's and HyVee, all within walking distance. The Village of Burlington Creek is just a walk away also and offers many retail and dining options. A quick drive north to Barry Road will bring you to the Zona Rosa shopping area, offering restaurants, many retail stores, and a large AMC Movie Theatre. Tremont Manor is only 20 minutes from the Country Club Plaza.
