Community Overview
Welcome to Nottingham by the Green / Knightsbrooke. Our 733 homes reside in a prime location in south Johnson County, with the West Links Golf Course running through it. Our amenities include a pool, tennis courts and a clubhouse.
Our Homes Association is supported and governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, to which I serve as President. The Board manages the finances of the Association and related assets, as well as enforcing the Covenants critical to maintaining our home values. Our monthly Board Meetings are open to all our residents.
